Overview
Badgley Mullins Law Group is a Seattle-based litigation firm with a
national practice. The firm represents a broad range of clients,
ranging from multi-national corporations to private individuals.
Our attorneys have extensive experience conducting trials in state
and federal courts, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of Federal Claims,
U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and at all appellate levels. Additionally,
we resolve many of our clients’ disputes in mediation, private
arbitration or before administrative panels.
Litigation can be expensive and the outcome can often have a
significant effect, either positive or negative, on the parties.
